must join as "VIP" to read messages, app takes your money but does not changed your membership status. Incompetence which results users' money stolen. Avoid this rip-off, just a money scheme with no care for customers. Problems continue for this garbage app - now in tje FAQ's about why VIP members can't read incoming messages as they have paid to do. Only advice is to exit and re-open app, which doesn't work. I see many answers to "contact customer support". good luck finding that...."
