ADVERTORIAL

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver is a mobile application designed for individuals who want to earn money by providing ride-hailing and delivery services through the Uber platform. Available for both iOS and Android devices, the app allows drivers to accept passenger ride requests, deliver food through Uber Eats, or do both depending on their preferences and qualifications. The app provides a flexible way to earn income by letting users work on their own schedule, track their earnings, navigate efficiently using GPS, and access rider or delivery information in real time. Drivers are independent contractors, not Uber employees, and they use their personal vehicles or, in some markets, bicycles or scooters. Uber’s driver app is part of the broader gig economy trend, empowering users to generate income with relatively low entry barriers and intuitive tools for job management.

I've been using the Uber Driver app for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from smooth. The application has become increasingly complicated with each update, making it challenging for drivers like me to navigate and use efficiently. The user interface has become cluttered and less intuitive, and it often feels like the developers are more focused on adding new features than ensuring a seamless user experience. It's disappointing that every update seems to make the app mo"

The app works fine and for the most part I'm happy with my experience. However, unlike other apps with similar services Uber routinely doesn't show where orders are going to help decide if I want to accept that delivery. Additionally, heaven forbid you run the app in the background and get the delivery notification via "appear on top" messages, it takes over your screen and you can't return to the app to view the order before deciding, you can only accept or decline and you have no other info."

Uber driver and Uber eats servers are connected together. When a customer puts an order, they don't know they can mark the pick-up or drop-off zones somewhere else (for instance, building enterance). Instead of that, the map brings drivers to the back of the building where the apartment is close and without enterance. For developers, please make pick-up or drop-off zones marking more clearly so the driver can navigate easier. Also, change the pop-up window. It's annoying, uncomfortable, too big"
