If it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT! When it was Subwaytime and bustime app it was the golden age. Apps were near perfect; simple, reliable and useful. This all in 1 monster is none of those. Confusing, bloated, unreliable and downright frustrating. Nothing works! Search is a horrid broken mess. I give up every time I open it. I only keep it in hopes it will improve but like the mta I doubt that will ever happen. What a shame."

When the app works, it works great, and it's one of the most useful apps I have. The data is fresh from the MTA and aggregated by stop/station, which makes it superior to Google Maps. But right now it's going through some catastrophic errors. It won't show any subway or bus lines, and when I try to add them as Favorites, it crashes. It's not a connectivity or device restart issue, there are no recent updates, and it happens on both beta and public versions. My guess is this is a backend problem."

This app has potential, but it needs a lot of redesign to make it user-friendly---other folks' reviews said a lot already. One simple thing that needs improvement is the map section. Maps should be downloaded on to the phone and routinely updated, instead of having to load up from the cloud. When you're on the train, and there's no service underground and you need to see the map, it can't load. Some stations don't have good reception and you can't get a signal then too. Although they have maps one may not have the time to run to look at one. And on a crowded train, you can't walk to the in-train map. So make the maps downloadable. That's one small suggestion."
