In late 2023 this app continues to be buggy, with many connection issues. Unreliable text connection. Some texts appear, others don't. Some contacts show up as unknown even though they are in outlook. On a Galaxy phone so I'm not sure why this app is so unreliable. You would think by now that Microsoft would stop adding features and just work on basic usability."

UPDATE 10/29/2023: I reinstalled it. Everything says linked. I can see how there's a phone "desktop" on my computer that I can use to answer calls with but I never used that feature. I can use it to transfer files but I don't see any advantage to that over using Bluetooth to transfer files. In fact, I think it's better because I don't want all of my files and folders all syncing up, next thing you know you have three copies of everything and run out of storage. I suspect that it also uses up RAM"

If I could give this app a negative 10 stars, I would. When it works, which is seldom, it's great. But if I'm away from my computer for more than a day, it disconnects and will not reconnect. I have to uninstall the app from my phone, reinstall it, clear the cache, etc. REPEATEDLY. If the internet connection drops; same thing. I hate this app! It simply will not stay connected and I'm sick and tired of spending HOURS reconnecting it every single time. Most of the time it won't generate a QR code"
